K2 Energy Lithium Iron Phosphate rechargeable 123A size battery

With a life expectancy of over 2000 cycles, this battery could outlast your device.  K2 Energy LFP123A Rechargeable Li-Ion 3.2V Battery Replaces CR123A.  These batteries are made out of LFP chemistry. LFP is safer lithium that doesn't have thermal stability problems. Charge from 3.65 to 4.2 volts and discharged down to 1.0 volt. The average operating voltage is 3.2 volts. This battery is similar in size to a CR123A/16340.

PLEASE NOTE:  While the sleeve of the K2LFP123A battery labels it as a LiIon battery, be aware that it is in fact a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. Please only use the recommended charger for this battery.  

It May not be suitable for some applications that rely on the high capacity of Lithium Manganese Dioxide disposable CR123A batteries EXAMPLE Security Cameras.

Use special caution when working with secondary lithium cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode if mishandled.
