The information is given in a descriptive way and does not purport to guarantee any products or extend the warranty services given in our Terms and Conditions. Electronic World shall not be obligated to supply any items included in this site which in our opinion are incorrectly described and/or priced. E & O.E.
Pricing
All prices are shown in NZD inclusive of GST. Electronic World reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Payment
Payment shall be made at the time of purchase using the electronic payment system of by contacting the Electronic World sales office and arranging the appropriate payment method. No goods shall be shipped until payment is received and confirmed as correct
Availability
Electronic World will endeavour to the best of our ability to supply goods promptly, but shall be under no obligation for a delay or consequence thereof caused.
Freight
All goods purchased will be freight free.
Warranty
If a product is found to be faulty at time of purchase or within the specified product warranty period from the invoice date Electronic World will cheerfully replace it a no extra charge. This offer is conditional on the component being returned with the invoice relating to the purchase. Electronic World cannot be held responsible for goods misused or damaged by the customer. If posting or couriering the product back to Electronic World or place of purchase please ensure that the product is suitably packed, will all accessories and original packaging if possible. Cost of postage is for the customers care for the returned product only.
Delivery
We will dispatch all orders the same working day if received by 4.30pm with the expectation of delivery to the customer by the next business day. In the Auckland area orders received before 12.00 noon are expected to be delivered the same day. We randomly check deliveries each working day. Any order received by Electronic World from the customer shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Claims & Returns
All claims must be made within 7days of receipt of goods and accompanied with the invoice relating to the order. Electronic World will replace/credit goods damaged in transit only if the damage has been noted on the delivery docket of a freight agent commissioned by us relating to that claim. Electronic World are under no obligation to accept returns where no fault lies with Electronic World. If Electronic World choose to accept claim from the customer, the product must be returned in original packaging _as new_ and deemed by Electronic World as re-saleable upon sight of goods returned.
